Please note this intensive program is only available at a limited capacity to allow us to fit around our larger scale projects, this ensures we can provide a quality high-end service to all of our clients. Booking in advance is recommended.
A few important notes…
If you’d like to book this combined service, please note that we require booking both within 3 months of each other. We recommend starting with Telling Designs first so that we can build your branding and assets, ready to add to your website.
Once you’ve booked a session with us, there’s a $300 non-refundable fee due immediately to secure your spot in our schedule and on our calendars. This amount will be deducted from the total upon due date. The full balance must be paid on or before your scheduled days, as follows:
– Half of balance payable prior to your Branding Day
– Remaining balance payable prior to your Website Day
If you miss your scheduled day for either service, you will be charged an additional 50% of the original price, unless we are able to reschedule with no additional cost within 4 weeks of the original booking date.
It’s important for us to work closely together throughout this process. Be willing to cooperate and be available when required to ensure a smooth and successful outcome—delays in feedback or responses may risk a project being rescheduled with additional fees applicable. Bonus offers are free as long as they are redeemed during the 14-day period after your booked-in day:
– Brand photography: must be completed in studio in Mandurah. Clients who are distant clients have 30 days to redeem their photography bonus offer at their own convenience.
– Premium website upgrade offer: must be confirmed when booking your scheduled Website Day, so that the extra requirements (for content and functionality) can be discussed and planned for.
